fyi for people asking how to get it, you can buy it on the steam market but its like $50(idk how much it is in other currencies) or you can get it on backpack.tf for 10(or $25 worth of mann.co crate keys). so if you want this youre gonna have to pay a bit of money...especialy for a hat that can only be worn on full moons or on servers that have halloween mode on.
