I can't tell whether you're rage-baiting or angry someone made something fun, but either way, it's just sad.
Since the Royalty expansion focused so much on psycasting, I think it could be a nice addition to add some element of that to the eye. Perhaps an increase in psychic sensitivity, or some kind of stored 'charge' of a power as I've seen in other mods. Maybe a higher cost to keep balance.

It looked odd when covered by hair.
I checked but it looks better without a black border
Could you add maybe a thin black border to it though to emphasize this contrast, or is it better as is?
Chaging a single line in the xml file
from
<layer>70</layer>
to
<layer>56</layer>
it just makes mroe sense to me personally to have it in front of the hair.
