make sure you are the furthest away from the lever where you can still interact with it, then sprint.. also, as the door closes you can still walk through it

Assuming your using a keyboard, hold forward and left or right and sprint too. This will give you a boost. All Escape sim maps have this so if you are racing others or just want to move faster, use this technique.

Are you having trouble getting to the door before it closes, you can do it solo.
Answer: You need to strafe sprint and can easily make it solo.

went back in in coop and had no issue. So yes its multiplayer only actually. The first room is impossible to pass through in solo or vs
