it doesnt crash instantly but when it supposedly loads none of the buttons do anything

i think drok is smarter than the other guys. the other characters can't make throwing spears but drok can.

This is an insanely well done mod, best I have seen in this entire game. Hope we see more someday, great job!

This keeps crashing for me after they released the newest updates, please fix. It's one of my favorite mods.

Also, like Nerdatron said, I think with LOTS of stone, he can craft a Cave house.

This character is great, I have ideas though.
1. He should have low hunger, as well as the hunger draining faster.
2. Medium sanity, dosen't go down at night, but goes up with monsters.
3. Medium health, it goes down fast, but he makes up for it with good strengh.
4. I think he should have a bit slower speed.

this character is the only reason why I'm playing Don't Starve luv u

I think drok should be able to craft a sort of cave house to sleep in out of lots of rocks and maybe actual tent because it would just be a tent to better fit his character.

Please start working on this again! I am not kidding when I say this is my absolute favorite mod!! I love drok! Hope you find the inspiration and willpower to do it. :-) <3

@quadgamer I have been working on a version of Drok for shipwrecked, complete with a new skin for Drok: barechest with a palm leaf skirt, but i ran into a few errors i couldn't fix and it discouraged me to continue working on it. I might actually start working on it again soon!

i really like drok. i've played him in rog & dst. idk but it's hilarious to play him with the giant club that's in the survival gear mod.

so, could you make him for sw? or would you reupload him with the exported file so we who luv drok can use him in sw?

ppl have said, just add shipwrecked_compatible=true but there's more than just that. the maxwell intro isn't compatible & then there's the paddle. idk if that's needed. but it's in every sw character.

This is honestly one of the best mods I have seen for Don't Starve! Drok is very well polished and he seems to fit perfectly into the game! P.S. When Drok hides under a tree to escape the summer sun, he says he is trying to get dry, as if he is hiding from rain instead...just thought you should know!

TBH i have been neglecting work on this mod for the last couple of months, might pick it up once my new keyboard has arived. Sorry about that, but i still have the SW files that are almost completed. Exept for all those damn speech lines... so much work. I'll keep you guys up to date

@Nuttygreed It's already implemented in the SW version (not done yet), i just need to wait for a friend of mine to have time to help me convert all the code. Should be soon!

I mean it's strange that your PC crashed while you were working on it. Did it crash because you were working on it, or was it unrelated?

I love some of the communication to Wigstan. It would be even better if there was more and it ran as more of a conversation. Also I sometimes forget what I was going to do next and it would be amazing to be able to write my plans to Wigstan and then next time I spoke to him the message would start: "What did you want to do today Wigstan?" and then a second pause and Drok says whatever was typed with a question mark on the end and then says "good idea" or something along those lines.

Thank you for this. Also, if you could make this shipwrecked compatible, my life would be complete. Wigstan + deserted on an island. Need I say more.

It would be cool if you could make certain structures and animals spawn that make the world feel like it was in the stone age and not the don't starve world. :)

Ok, a small update on things: I am planning to rebalance Drok a bit more since i think the warmth he gets from his hair is too much. I also want to add "skins" to the axe and pickaxe so when Drok crafts an axe or pickaxe he will get a primitive one instead of the metal axe. I also want to add some sort of use for cave paintings, and nerve Wigstan a bit.
