I personally checked the mod, everything works. if it doesn't work for you, try reinstalling the mod or turning off the mods that change the sounds on this entity, if you think that there should be a separate folder/ separate item in the spawn menu, then try to spawn a regular charger because this is a mod that changes the sounds and does not make a separate entity
