I always like when fantasy creatively combines elements of different real world cultures. WoW does this all the time.

hey i have an idea for the guards, let them use the same animations that the metro cops use when they hold and swing their stun stick, and then give the guards swords

I'm not sure what's going on, but the Imperial Dragon Guard, Palace Guard and Royal Guard's armors all have missing textures.
The textures themselves are there (checked with extended spawnmenu) but the models themselves still don't have them.
Unsubbing and resubbing to this didn't fix it.

Another great mod, keep it up! Maybe try to take animations from mods that change it for NPCs? There will probably be remasters of the original animation, which will be slightly different, or just take others :)
By the way, will there be mods for Skyrim? :D
