However, since you have to put Citadel above MSC in the Remix menu to fix the UW connection, this does effectively make your mod broken without MSC, which is unfortunate since it's not a hard dependency and mods without an MSC dependency are hard to come by. Ideally, you should use CRS' region conditional lines feature, a find/replace to remove UW_C05's previous connection in the ROOMS section of the world file, and a merge to add two lines for UW_C05: one with MSC and one without.

(Also also, you should always use REPLACE_1 when you're targeting lines in the rooms section. It's fine for HI and UW since the connection rooms have no spawns, but in SH it eats the spawns for that room.)
