@smokedgouda - 28 oak will be a bit larger than the rest with 4 beds/3 baths & a large open concept great room that has swooping vaulted ceilings.

With that said, if youre talking more like huge celebrity mansions, no, i dont intend to build anything like that. there are already a bunch of very high end houses on the workshop & i want to take a long break from making houses once oak st is complete

@Chris - i dont intend to add ragdolls. They are like the #1 way to bog down performance.
There are mods on the workshop though that make manually placing ragdolls very easy for those who want them.

@PingJockey - This house doesnt have a secret room unfortunately, but stay tuned! Upcoming houses do indeed have some secrets.

@mrslash231 - I have not added weights outside the default unfortunately. While a super cool feature, I don't anticipate adding it at this time.

Does the furniture have weight. Just like "House {Repost}" made by Karnos. Then reuploaded by Gwel. Would love to see this simple yet amazing feature. I play that map almost everytime i play due to that one feature itself

@lear4343 - That occasionally happens if there is wind on the map. Check to make sure you don't have a mod that creates wind. The plugs are very small & therefore are easily affected.

@nickboswell01 - No worries from me. They gave credit, which is all I ask.. Frankly, I'm surprised it took this long for a combined map to be made lol.

@indeepj - Yes. the houses actually get built on the larger neighborhood project. Once complete, I copy/paste them into their own individual maps. I've posted various screenshots of the whole neighborhood project. Overall, it will include 12 houses & a gas station.
