Unfortunately this was my very FIRST version. I never did any balancing, it never got through testing. The RoA modding community ghosted me and despite my constant attempts to gather help to test the mod, I couldn't find a single soul willing to do it. For that reason, I considered it an exercise in coding and moved on, and I won't be touching the mod again.
Thank you for the kind words though, I worked hard on it. Some of the moves I never even finished, the others are just simply imbalanced and incomplete.
As for the up-B, it's not a recovery tool. If you connect with the strike you bounce up much higher and can repeat it, but they intentionally have a weak vertical recovery to account for the vastly overpowered horizontal recovery tools they have.

also please buff the up-b it makes me sad when i go only slightly up
