Nice to see my work being ported to Gmod. I had wanted to port these models myself but was too lazy to do it. Also, I am working on another Cordyceps Infected but it's gonna take awhile

try uninstalling it and then reinstall it after a bit.or check your addons for anything that might be causing the issue.

for some reason gmod says that it failed to retrieve the model.

for some reason his body textures are the reflective texture like a mirror or something i dont know how to explain it but how do i fix this

Probably not, the creator has stated that there's basically nothing to work with in terms of cordyceps stuff, so unless someone makes a pack containing more funky fungi, we're most likely not seeing anymore cordyceps infected.
