Moral of this story: Give Deo a dodge (Also if the Deo who I performed this on is reading this, I am truly sorry).
normals giving -5 block advantage is not normal
road roller instantly gives all timestop meter
blood blades are extremely spammable due to how much area they cover and how they're unparriable
those are some of the balance issues i could think of
but when he get hustle animation?
If you still look into this mod from time to time, I was hoping you could perhaps add a taunt/hustle to DEO like the one Joe Tarot has. I noticed Joe Tarot doesn't really have a timestop meter that charges up (unlike DEO), so maybe the mechanic of ending your timestop early via the hustle/taunt wouldn't work, but it would be a great option.
DEO's timestop meter takes so long to charge up, and it's a shame you can't use it in short bursts like he does in the source material (or even HFTF) by expending less meter and ending it prematurely.
Anyways, love these two and I look forward to all your future character mods as they set a great precedent. Much love from SwiftPotato. :D
