Depleted Mine Income setting doesn't work. I'm still getting full income on depleted mines and changing the setting doesn't change anything.

I'd say:
First Blood easiest
Mission Impossible hardest / highest
gnjrhdt 29. sep. 2024 kl. 4:23

@Lucjan
Thank you veru much!)

This can work, I didn't used it myself but the author was making it on the newest patch. All mods from him are mad on the newest patch so if he tested it properly everything should work.

Maybe then you can tell me a working mod that increases the number of enemies in all sectors?
Lucjan  [ophavsmand] 11. aug. 2024 kl. 6:10
I think you are reading tooltips from diffrent mod @WOLK
WOLK 11. aug. 2024 kl. 5:52
These hints explain absolutely nothing. Something like "Your enemies turn into monsters that tear apart the wach" or "After death, your enemies turn into monsters"... why all this nonsense? There used to be a mega cool mod, "Overhaul Enemies", with which you could increase the number of enemies in a sector. Now it doesn't work. And where to find a similar mod that would WORK, I don't know.
Lucjan  [ophavsmand] 11. aug. 2024 kl. 2:24
Those are Game's Hidden settings mod's in-game tooltips explain which difficulty has which value
WOLK 10. aug. 2024 kl. 6:21
The only setting that is clear is the starting bonus money
WOLK 10. aug. 2024 kl. 6:19
What do all these settings mean and what specific changes do they make?? Right now, these are just the names of the settings.
But they don't explain at all what specific changes are happening in the game.

How can I find a mod that allows me to hire 18 mercs? I find that 3 squads of 6 mercs is my optimum, so 15 is not a good limit.
Lucjan  [ophavsmand] 1. juli 2024 kl. 4:26
Hi, this is base game feature. Normally there is a thing called double loot. On higher difficulty levels there is a change that this double loot will produce less items. For example double loot would give you extra 6 grenades but if halved it will only drop 3.
Hachiryoku 30. juni 2024 kl. 21:54
Thanks for all your work, Lucjan.

I don't understand the 'chance to halve double loot.'

If you halve a double, it becomes a single. So, it sounds like it's saying you get a single.

Do you mean 'get' or 'receive' double loot? Or does 'halve' refer to something else?

Thanks, I somehow missed it.

New to modding JA3; how do I activate the settings for this mod.?
DOOMnik 11. maj 2024 kl. 5:59
Please add here the ability to customize the number of enemies on the map, otherwise it's very boring to play, I liked your previous mod so much where it could be customized.
The saddest thing is that now it is impossible to find a mod where you can adjust the number of enemies and the amount of starting capital at the same time.

An updated drop chance mod from anyone would be nice, I swear I get like one weapon drop per 100 enemy kills.
kovacspeter84 8. feb. 2024 kl. 22:36
@Lucjan, thanks for your quick answer.
dabouser 8. feb. 2024 kl. 6:51
Looking for a mod to work with new patch, Maximum number of militia members that can be trained in each sector.
Anything like this in the future?
Thank you
Lucjan  [ophavsmand] 7. feb. 2024 kl. 22:53
@Kovacspeter84

This mod only alters Base Game difficult properties tied to difficulty (First blood, Vommando, Mission Impossible). I dont plan on adding extra features outside of this scope here.

I will maybe look into doing separated drop chance mod.

I have seen on discord that there is some work being done on orginal custom settings mod so meybe it will be avaiable again.
kovacspeter84 7. feb. 2024 kl. 14:53
Great mod, many thanks for that! :)

It would be nice if you could add options for base drop chances (just like in "Custom Settings" mod, but it's broken and abandoned now). E.g. I prefer lower drop chances, even 0% for weapons in order to make progress and upgrading slower and more difficult, while others prefer increased drop chances (there are multiple mods for that).

What can I say? I like to build my "Dream Team" from the get go! I also like having 14 day contracts, since you never know what kind of pickle you might find yourself in, and time flies! ;)

I tend to stack the rest of the game against myself to make up for it though, with more/harder enemies, and I also don't like having a lot of surplus funds, so I'm still forced to get my income going to keep paying all of those salaries.

Thanks again, @Lucjan!
Lucjan  [ophavsmand] 7. feb. 2024 kl. 11:51
Ok I added 100,200,300...900 1150(500k)
Lucjan  [ophavsmand] 7. feb. 2024 kl. 11:41
@Wilson 80k is not enough? :steamhappy:

Sure I can add, just send me exactly what values you want and I will add them. (If only number mod option wasn't unusable)
Wilson [MG] 7. feb. 2024 kl. 11:01
@Lucjan, can I also request that a couple more values be added for the "Start Money Bonus" setting somewhere between "100" and "1000"?

Currently, a value of "1000" yields $440,000 (100% + 1000% = 1100% or 11.0), and a value of "100" yields $80,000 (100% + 100% = 200% or 2.0), which is quite a large difference.

I think adding values of "200" ($120,000) and "500" ($240,000) would be nice for those of us who maybe want to hire certain team for 14 days at the start, but not necessarily have a huge surplus of funds afterwards.
Lucjan  [ophavsmand] 7. feb. 2024 kl. 10:52
Thanks @wilson fixed
Bas da Graca 7. feb. 2024 kl. 10:35
Thanks that did the trick! Forgot about that mod options are hidden in the options. Great Mod!
This one will become pretty popular.

They work with old saves to
Lucjan  [ophavsmand] 7. feb. 2024 kl. 10:27
Those options are in the menu of the game in mod options sections. Those are Vanilla hidden properties that this mod allows to alter

all the options. In the mod manager I have activated the mod and when starting a new game I don't see the new options. I might be doing something wrong.
Lucjan  [ophavsmand] 7. feb. 2024 kl. 10:23
Which options exactly? `Start Money Bonus` is working
Bas da Graca 7. feb. 2024 kl. 10:22
Is this mod compatible with 1.5? I cant seem to get it to work.
Wilson [MG] 7. feb. 2024 kl. 10:07
FYI, there's currently no "0" setting for "Enemy Unit Bonus Level", which is what it says the default should be for the "First Blood" difficulty.
Wilson [MG] 7. feb. 2024 kl. 8:26
Thanks for creating this mod, @Lucjan!
