Well, I've only played the game with all DLCs so idk how it was before.
Reading the wiki, it seems true what you're saying XD
With Conclave the Guardian/Educator (without my mod) influences only personality traits (mostly).
Though, now that you've made me notice it, I think it would be a good idea and possible to implement how it was before. So educators' education trait level could increase or decrease the outcome for the same level.
Though in this period I'm quite full with personal life and it would be hard to both implement it and test it (the latter is the worst part).
In the future I may give it a chance :)
