Sadly, no. Parts of models that have flexes can't be bodygroupped, and helmet have flexes same as Barney face.
But I have no problems with anyone using this model for rework/modifications. So if you know someone willing to make quick changes, or if you want to do it yourself - you have my permission to edit and upload
