I don't think so, they doesn't edit the same file.

If unsubing/resub won't work you should try to clean up your workshop folder for Gladius then resubbing to all your mods (make a collection if needed, it's faster).

I also have the Drukhari New Heroes mod. Should that be above the Drukhari units mod? Maybe that is stopping the Gladiators appearing?

Hmm... it's strange, try to resub/unsub to be sure. I've just seen the AI used them yesterday so i'm pretty sure its work well.

I'm not able to get the Wych Gladiator. I have researched the Wyches and the Cult Arena, but no sign of the Wych Gladiator. Is there anything else I need to do?

No conflict you can use the mod without risk, the only issue is the fact that my Talos is a bit obsolete right now :) have fun !

Yes, it's the author of your orc mod. The size of the Kid in it is incorrect. One Kid, a very large quantity, can kill any elite unit in seconds, haha

Spitfire Kid ? Fire Spear Kid ? Orks ?

@Devian A very scary bug has appeared. After the update, there are obvious errors in the size of the Spitfire Kid, Fire Spear Kid, and so on of the Orcs. The number of teams is as large as a division, directly killing any of my elite heroes or heavy equipment with full health, which scared people to death. Haha, we can only avoid incorporating the Orcs into the battle for now

The upkeep/cost of the Wych Gladiator has been increased.
