I seem to be having some troubles with the sentry nexus self destructing after upgrading from the vanilla security building.

mod updates are required

Since I just noticed these differences, I would advise any player having issues to just switch to vanilla for the early game and using the decision from time to time to see if anyhting can be upgraded (will not destroy/downgrade buildings but will shuffle jobs)

Also coming back to the alloy buildings (and equivalent effects) I have seen that the description for "tier 4" (AVB only) does not mention any +X alloy per alloy job, but rather adding like 15 new open jobs for the building which changes its purposes so be carefull.

Also I noticed that my alloy factories would not have the stated effect on the number of ressources produced by alloy jobs, uppon using the decision to switch off AVB, my now vanilla alloy nano plant's description changes a bit, however my allo production per job goes from like 10 to 17 on my ecumeopolis, wich is a massive difference of +1000 a month.
(After further tests, this issue is present with all buildings that add +X ressources production to a single job)

I also noticed that some ruler jobs are created when the capital building is vanilla and not AVB, I suspect that this is due to some updates from the devs since the mod has not been updated for a few months at this point.

Hello, I noticed a few issues while using the mod. (I have to make several posts cause of 1k character limitation)

Starting with the basics but the below comments for refineries and such are still relevant.

Also and maybe it was mentionned elswhere but you can build multiples of the same building that should normally be limited to one per planet in vanilla (alloy, consumer godds, unity...)

Turn off vanilla buildings upgrades, it's related to the planetary administration.

Currently I cannot upgrade any exotic gas refineries, chemical planets or synthetic crystal plants even tho I have researched the tech to do so. I tested the mod by itself and even uninstalled and reinstalled it. Not sure if anyone else has the same problem.

This doesn't currently work with [The Zenith of Fallen Empires] (https://gtm.steamproxy.vip/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=2958421797) since the custom capital buildings e.g. `Enigmatic Palace` don't allow building the upgrade structures.

It crashes the game in 3.12. I only say this to those that would say try it before asking for an update.

Regarding the psi corps building bug, I found this comment on a reddit thread that fixed it for me:

Basically: remove "buildings_simple_allow = yes" from zavb_vanilla_government_buildings.txt

All good man, just wanted to report a bug I had, I know enough about how mods work that I will clean up stuff myself if it's causing issues, I'm just reporting something I encountered in case it helps you out. I've done modding stuff myself, so if it's causing me issues I can probably fix things locally, no need to push yourself for me.

Seems to maybe break Psi Corps? Unsure if there's a weird compatibility issue, but after playing a save with some mods on I was unable to build psi corps after psionically ascending. After disabling AVB I was able to, but even disabling every other mod they wouldn't work, although perhaps there were some lingering side effects of incompatibility.

Then again I'm using Additional Vanilla Buildings - Unofficial by half god
and its been updated at march 24th.
So that could be why I'm not having issues.

Yeah i have the same Problem with my Commerce Buildings, can not Upgrade them.
If i can help you somehow just say it and i try my best :)

some building are not able to be upgraded for me, such as alloy forges, commerce centers, and civilian replicators. Says "AVB Override" in description. Dont know if this is a confiliction with other mods or if it is an issue i can fix on my end but Just so you know

capital building need update as when it reach the mods first stage it losses its ruler class like because administrators where replaced with politicians.

I waited for the population to normally generate and was able to fully upgrade them.

The Organic Sanctuary higher tiers remove the artisan jobs for machines which prevents the from building the consumer goods the bio-trophies need.

Now I'm curious. Have you been able to upgrade the Alloy Foundries all the way to the higher tiers given by the mod? I wasn't in my testing, with just this mod running.

The planet-unique buildings, like the Alloy Foundries etc., have always been a source of trouble in the old version as well, since they require full-on overwrites rather than the 'dummy' building workaround. A lot of things can break them. I don't envy your task, Anarchy.

I've also had some erratic stuff around building upgrades but chalked it up to mods. One thing I did notice while doing research is that the tech for upgraded Bureaucratic Centers are listed as providing administrative cap.
