@JasonWolf, I believe it just spawns a Silver Resource on those adjacent tiles if they are valid locations for such a placement.

Any plans to do the Forum Romanum or Temple of Jupiter Optimus Maximus? The game could really use some more Roman wonders. Greatly appreciate the work you do on these and can't wait to see how broken the Torre del Oro is with Indonesia lol
