try using better blood fx mod, darker blood, enhanced blood (blood on walls). i dont know but i think that is, "REALISTIC"

so basically this mod turns people playground into a springlock failure animation, but all jokes aside this is actually well optimized, my pc isn't THAT bulky but it can run this pretty well, it only lags when i shoot at a human more than 7 times and then it's just a tiny amount of lag, kinda surprising how my pc can stand this mod but can't stand garry's mod without compressed textures

it's pretty simple, it'd be nice for a setting for the amount of blood or a toggle while in a chamber, but after I turned off the mod it kept going for some reason
