@José No, to do that i would need to edit all the CBs in the game and that would just make it a very incompatible mod with any other mods, also make the AI always in debt if they had to pay more money for wars.

@jaimieravachi yes ofc it's historically accurate, even ancient times had this, remember the first Punic War? Rome made Carthage pay such huge reparations that it created the second Punic War when Hannibal father went into Hispania to use the silver mines to pay back Rome (and ofc no one wants to give money away so War it is)
