sorry for the late response, yeah it is just a mild buff you get for investing in your military, any feedback is welcome! also keep in mind you need high productivity as well as the mentioned investments, otherwise it would be too easy imo, glad it worked for you frien!

So, where is the event or option?, thought it would apear on "Foreign affairs", even though I always max up the military.
