Automatically places around the selected area, there is no checking.

Regarding those two problems:
- Construction area cannot be placed far from the banner area.
- When the construction ends all the jobs are removed so IF there is a job with a pathing problem is also removed.

What are the requirements for the job placement? like will it place jobs outside the base claim or in places the people can't get to?
