on the teardown pause menu there is a bar on the bottom with functions, u just gotta go to "Spawn" tab and search what u want to spawn, or touch F2, as far i remember is shortcut to spawn tab but idk

but the "save things to spawn" i dont know and i think its not a feature

i would kill if you made the vehicles from the hl2 drivable cars pack, that or a hl2 prop pack (breakable and unbreakable lists)
