I finally finished a sandbox version.
It doesn't have any events, but it can show what would have happened if you were left in the dark while playing as a worker.

oh how i wish i was able to spawn stuff. the second playthrough would have been so much easier with a car, especially the pickup mod i have. oh well, maybe you could make a sandbox-version that allows for spawning stuff but yet still has the scripted events?

this map is impossible to complete. the "fuel" for the generator doesnt even exist. i have even gone to the length of gettings a physics gun (via q menu) and tearing apart the props in every. single. fucking. building. and NOTHING came up.

The hint for the ending associated with the vertical tunnel will be in the back of the small store, it appears after some time when all the tasks have been completed.
