пробовал поставить и в начало списка модов, и в конец - всё сломалось после обновления с кроссплеем и нужно подогнать новые цифры ай гес

@Phoenix I'll be keeping the same formula. We just finished a campaign and I was satisfied that we had enough talents for me to have 2 classes. (All talents mod to allow cross class). So for just my own sake, I'm satisfied with the amount of exp the current formula is giving and I'm not gonna nerf it anymore.

Not sure how possible it would be but it changing the formula to something along the lines of:
EXP Received = (Vanilla EXP) x Square Root(Character Level+1)
Should fix the issue you identified while also not causing the, likely, unintentionally increase in leveling speed.
