AK-74 style polymer magazines for 7.62x39 weren't manufactured till the AK-100 series, specifically for the AK-103 and AK-104. By the time the AK-100 series came about, "plum" polymer AK magazines were completely out of production. You can find some faux plum magazines for 7.62 like the "waffle" polymer mags by Circle 10. But no, the magazine in this mod has never existed.
