Being part of the first team that beat Damnation on HoE (which was considered impossible for many years); that will always be a very special moment for me. You were also a member of that first team, but as rewarding as it is, it doesn't compare to acts that benefit everyone.

Helping to restore the Damnation map is something we can both be very proud of. Thousands of players have enjoyed taking on the map's challenges, as a result of Fel creating the map and our work later in restoring it. Contributing to so many gamer's enjoyment, is a beautiful thing to do. The same goes for the Candlesmoke map here too, which you fixed for everyone – it's a selfless contribution that benefits countless players.

This is turning into a reunion, was gone for yrs this time and still finding new comments here. Hey Darth, what was better Beating Damnation or the tears of joy when you realised we had fixed it and we could play it again?

@Boltte: my comment was made in jest. I was a big fan of Fel maps and so much so I struggle to find fault in them. That would not be clear to a stranger such as yourself; my bad.

I like that effect in the pics. I remember talking to Fel about it, but details fail me. I think he intended for it to be something else, but I found the end result serendipitous nonetheless. The effect made you ask questions. Why is this so blurry? Who spiked my coffee? Have I played for too long? Is my GPU overheating? Are Zeds waiting to leap out from there? What it does is throw in some novelty & I like it even though it's a little trippy.

It's been a long time since I last played KF & I have many wonderful memories. The most rewarding were Fel story maps like this one.

looged onto steam for the first time in 6months :p yeah, there were still a few glitches in this map when Fel released it, they persist in this edition.

I think I found a glitched area, which I don't think is suppose to happen or is it?

This is one spectacular map, especially the final outdoor stages! Fel and Dextronaut created a sublime map, when they made this one. Great job Dead Dread, to get this legendary Story Map working again and thankyou.
