I’m having the issue of the Daggers just not existing. What start date do they exist? Viserys does not have the dagger. Jaeharys does not have the dagger…. Where is it?

Any idea why the Valyrian face masks just dont exist for me?

Does this apply to targaryen house or targaryen dynasty meaning cadet branches?

I love this mod. It's a must for every agot run. Am wondering if I can make a small suggestion for a minor (but immersive) feature. Allow Aegon's dagger to be worn on the regalia slot alongside blackfyre or any other sword in the weapon slot. We see Vizzy T with both blackfyre and the dagger equipped in the show. Granted I'm not a modder, but I would think the most optimal and immersive way to do something like this would be to add a decision for characters with the artifact in their inventory that allows them to change the artifact type between weapon and regalia. Maybe tweak the modifiers for each version of the artifact so people don't cheese by stacking for prowess. As the regalia slot it could give greater renown or prestige bonuses or something like that. That way it can be a weapon or a regalia slot depending on what people want to do.

Would totally get if you didn't wanna put the effort into something so small, but I thought I might as well mention the idea. Cheers :)

for anyone STILL having problem with no relative choice you can go to mod folder events->agot events-> agot_house_customizer_event.txt search for gui in the file and swap gui line for
gui = "agot_character_selection_two_options" and it should fix

I just put out an update that should fix an issue related to house customizer.

This mod does not touch any Mega War related items, that that must be a different mod.

I think this submod needs to be looked at. It's causing lists in events to disappear for example:

List of relatives to become the child of in the House Customizer event.
List/Options for punishments after a Mega War.

Can someone have a look if its not only me that has this issue?

Any chance to update the seafoam model and make it larger as in base AGOT ? The new model looks good but is kind of ridiculously small.

For anyone who dont know, if you want to add the artifacts into a non-standard startdate you'll need to put "effect create_artifact_aegon_dagger_effect = { OWNER = this }" into the console.

Substitute "aegon_dagger" for "orys_hammer" and "valyrian_mask" for those items, etc.

Look through Legacy_Of_The_Dragon/common/artifacts/types
/lotd_types.txt on the Github for the keyword for the various artifacts.

@thebhaskar07 if you do any Targ play throughs outside the unoffical bookmarks , you can still get the items by console command them, I did in a unoffical dance of dragon bookmark to get the dagger and so on. :)

Hi, I was wondering if the Rediscover Artifacts work with the Bookmark mods (AGOT Bookmarked/AGOT More Bookmarks). Every time I start a bookmarked mod start date as a Targaryen the Rediscover Artifacts decision never pops up. While in the normal AGOT bookmark they always pop up.

Is there some way to do the rediscover as a landless character? Or can i change something in the mod's file to make it so?

Maclunkey A user was kind enough to donate some code for that decision, but I don't think 209 was included. I can't promise it in the near future.

For the book visuals game rule, that will come next month with the new DLC.

I don't want to add it now, as it can break existing saves.

I absolutely love this mod and it's a must have for my load order. Is there any possibility you would add the ability to find targaryen artifacts with the antiquarian during the 209 AC bookmark? Being able to find aegon's dagger, crown, and a bunch of the other crowns would be really nice coming from someone who's playing primarily during 209 lately. Thanks for all your work on this mod :)

It would also be really nice if we could get extra game settings for artifact visuals. I'd love to have the choice between show/book visuals separate between crowns and swords. For example, I'd like to have aegon's book crown but have the valyrian swords from the show.

@djonesball1723 you have to wait a in game day for it to appear. It spawns after game start for compatibility with other mods.

@Jedi I commented before but I am still having trouble with Aegon's dagger not appearing in my game. I removed More Bookmarks which did not help, even going to different bookmarks in just the main AGOT mod which include Jaehaerys and Viserys and yet it still does not appear. My mod order goes as follows:

Ok, now I know why Aegon's dagger and the Baratheon Hammer weren't appearing, it was because I was using the mod "more bookmarks" https://gtm.steamproxy.vip/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=3270043200&searchtext=bookmarks
so if I wanted Aegon's Dagger and the Baratheon Hammer to show up when I played as Jaehaerys, I'd need to go through the AGOT bookmark start-dates rather than the "More Bookmarks" mod startdates

Hi @Jedi, has something happened to Aegon's Dagger and Orys Baratheon's Hammer artifacts? cos they're not appearing in-game. If this is a mod-compatibility issue are there any specific mods that aren't compatible with your mod?

@Crazy there is no overlap. The mechanics do not interact.

what are the artifact ids Aegon and Jaehaerys's crowns for those of us starting from conquest?

That's understandable plus a bunch of the artifacts exist in those start dates anyway. Also I've noticed a bug recently where every artifact is spawned in through the rediscover mechanic except Blackfyre and the one I get before I should get it is endlessly duplicated. Thanks for replying to me as well.

@ryanwmmcg its really challenging for me to maintain it for a bunch of bookmarks. I won't rule it out, but it probably won't happen soon.

Are there any plans to add the rediscover mechanic to early start dates like the Peake uprising and Black dragon?

Tiny bug with the mod right now, in the new Defiance of Duskendale bookmark Aerys II starts with the Crown of the First Son yet can still recieve a duplicate through the Recover Targaryen Artifacts decision.

Could you add the game rule, that alters only one of the swords? I would love to have vanilla Blackfyre and show Dark Sister.

Doesn't seem like House Blackfyre is able to reclaim the artefacts if they become king/head of the Targaryen dynasty. Shouldn't the decision be tied to being dynasty head rather than House head instead? Maybe it's something wrong on my end.

Would you consider adding compability for bookmark submods? There are two options for playing the conquest, and it would be neat if Aegon would start with his dagger, and the Qoherys with theirs in that setting.

Should be fixed, I enabled it for the dunkensdale bookmark.

I can't get the rediscover mechanic since the new update, will this be updated soon?

I have the same issue as Albert, the decision did not appear for me in the Defiance of Duskendale bookmark as Rhaegar. This was both before and after ascending the throne.
