- changed a design choice for the commander types, planner, politician skills to be independent of previous choices but available after reaching rank 3 (basically fixed the need of choosing 2 skills that may had cancelled each other depending on previous choices)
-the same treatment was applied to specific army traditions
- I lowered the corruption and public order maluses for the Populism, Merchantlism, Leadership (etc), Wealth creation skills.
I feel now the negative effects stack is less and governors are much better, but if you have any suggestions be free to post them.
Downloaded mod and terminus again but still see the issue, only with WRE and ERE,
maybe because they're named differently? as Come rei militaris & strategetes"
only 2 mods active, this one and terminus
thanks for the mod. it looks really in dept and interesting. Look forward to play around with it.
I however noticed that the traits in "commander" and "warchief" have no related bonuses to the trait which based on how I see the admin tree go they should have some right?
edit: I checked but this seems to be the case in WRE/ERE but not with teutons?
What a pity
As for the 2nd skill point I have written in the TActica that the first skills, the first 3 for each tree, the habit and event skills and the cultural ones require specific ranks to be reached for the 2nd lv. All other can be upgraded from the get go
