for some reason for me everything else works, besides the whole point of the character which is to be forced to pick up items. for some reason if i leave a room and there was an item in it, i still get to have a choice between keeping it and taking it. im even using repentagon for more stability

I'm afraid there might be something wrong with your Runs, then.
Are you even able to pick up two consumables at once and are forced to pick Random Free Items? If not, than there's some serious incompatibility Issues.

Picking up Goathead makes the game constantly try to apply curse of blindness repeatedly forever until you remove the item via console or any other means

Wow. Very well made character, love their sprite work as well. Bael really feels like a monkey's paw character, but in the best way possible. If we ever get a tainted Bael, I'd love to see Isaac wearing the cat.

I just got #13 after beating Isaac, weird place for it to unlock but at least I got it. I didn't realize there was a challenge, my bad.

@hippocrunchy Sorry, it was #11 and not #4, I was sleepy when I typed my previous comment. It's weird that I don't have #13, I'm sure I won 5 times as Bael considering I got all marks in this order:

- Isaac/Mega Satan/Delirium
- Lamb
- Mother
- Beast
- Greedier

Maybe greedier doesn't count for the unlock? I guess I'll just do a normal run for fun and find out.

as for unlocks....

#4 is for beating delirium (im assuming you did this and the unlock broke somehow)
#13 is for winning a run with bael 5 times
#14 is for picking up cat's tomb as bael (a devil item) and using it

I just got all completion marks for Bael. Amazing mod, fun character and concept, and one of the few custom characters that I feel like I want to play more of even after finishing the post-it note. If Tainted Bael ever got made, I'll be sure to check him out.

On another note, I still have achievements #4, #13 and #14 locked. How can I get them?
