this'll probably be the final remake though; all the other old maps are either too fundamentally flawed to revisit without just starting from scratch, or are just plain unremarkable.

For those pointing it out, the filesize thing is because it's an old ingame editor terrain format generated pre-EA 26, if it were created later it would be closer to 37ish MB. But with the only reason for its size lying with some less efficiently stored terrain data, there's nothing really here to lag any decently strong computer, in my understanding.

Love your map ! It is exactly the kind of map I love to play on and the kind of map I want to create.
I love how the map is 150MB but it runs super smooth for me.
Will add this to my Milsim/Realism collection. Keep up the good work mate

Oh. That would explain a lot. RavenM hasn't been updated for EA28, so I was running an older build.

The'res only one pit at harbor, and it's actually called the pit of hope and safe respawns. If you don't see a series of boardwalks and a ramp leading out of it, then you must still be on EA27 where those props don't yet exist.

This is a massive improvement over the original but it's quite telling how far you've come as far as map design. Keep up the good work!

Onto bug reports. We got a pit of despair on the right side of the Harbor flag. Sometimes you spawn here and there's no stairs leading back up.
