How would I change the gamemode?

It depends on what deathrun gamemode you're using. Also it can be caused by an addon.

Also, don't mean to overflow you with problems, but I have a bug where I respawn at the beginning and I just start to lose health, and thats happened on all my other deathrun maps. Is there a fix for this as well?

This map is from CSS, so you need to have CSS installed on your pc in order to get the textures.

Some of the textures that I see are pink and black, I know that is not how its supposed to be, is there anyway to correct this?
