It won't sadly. I have no problem adding uber textures to models, but the issue with the zombie skins is that their models aren't broken as we see them, parts of their textures are just invisible. Sure the zombie cosmetic itself can have a normal uber since it was made that way, but the zombie skins on the mercenaries will just look like normal/broken uber like in-game. Basically they need actual zombie model parts in order to have a proper uber.
That's because you didn't read the description and see you need to spawn ragdolls from this pack and not the default ragdolls in the game.
