It's number of ships. Checked with just UI Dynamic and yeah, that's my bad, sorry, the problem is not on your end, it's with UI Dynamic

The number of ships? No...
Fleet strength? No...
Number of wounded? No...
I only use short cuts...so i never noticed it...
You can contact Orrie “UI Overhaul Dynamic” he makes wider buttons.
Unfortunately only via Discord....

Not a bug as much and a bit amusing, but at the game start settings, if you have a lot of empires, it looks like the scroller overlap last empires flags, even if it actually isn't, because of how close they hug the scroller. Small graphical bug I found. Checked it with bare minimum, UI Dynamic, Imperial and this patch, still there. The colorful background in planet view, that is for numberof build/max districs is way too down. https://i.postimg.cc/jjNb4k3t/2025-07-27-12-16-49-Stellaris.png
