They both contain the purple and black missing textures in the Sub Material menu

I tested it in game and the both the dupe and the textures for it seem to work fine for me
Are you sure it has "manta/coat" and "manta/boots" in Sub Material's search bar?

It said the textures were already on it, but all I saw were the original textures for the clothes

I mean the textures might be there, but the Sub Material Tool has it showing the black and purple squares, which means the textures are likely missing

When you subsribe to the addon there's a list of requiered addons. one of them is the textures for it

You need to download the the textures addon as well, this is only the dupe for it

There's no textures. Just the original models. It seems said textures are missing
