Some custom survivor models has their left arm/wrist twisted, but some doesn't at all (I just tested it). So I think it's the part of the custom survivor models that has issues rather than the weapon mod though...

Left arm is twisted, not noticeable on lower viewmodel fovs, but just thought I'd point it out
