If so, that actually sounds perfect to go with this mod. If you really need to kill civs to complete the mission it gives you a moral choice and penalty for doing so. That way you have to gauge if it is worth it

Would be interesting if Civ kill counts were deducted from the supplies received at the end of the month/overview screen. Sort of a "backers frowning on the Commander's actions" vibe...
