@THE Fluffi Mmh, no idea to be honest. I've seen some interesting mods here and there but the commons are my favorite infecteds, so I always come back to the vanilla version, with the mod to add female variants of the uncommon. Doesn't change the vibe all that much but is nice.

I think there's an RE Ooze mod that has gore, didn't test it a bunch but looks pretty good.
