Okay. I believe you can get the .vpk by subscribing the mod and copying it from your game folder. If you can't - add me and I'll send you the file.

Yeah, I know Dr. Pennysworth's mod, but his tattoos are more anarchist/satanist, I want to do proper Arabic/Middle Eastern tattoos. I need to do some research on the subject, so I'd appreciate some pics.

Oh shit... dude please do tattooed hands for Insurgents (hopefully it works right with skin mods for the insurgents). Another modder did something alike for this game, but I gave him some tips for improvement and shared pics for more proper middle eastern tattoos in the arms/hands. If you are interested in the pics to based on, do let me know so I can share them with you. Keep up the good work.
