Either lighten the black or change bases to allow a tertiary texture that can balance out the black. I personally like this black so I'd go with the latter suggestion.

I say lighten the black and tone down the saturation of the orange and blue colors.
That would improve this warpaint.

Why put a mainly black warpaint against a black background??
It makes the weapons appear more dark than they actually are, and darker does not equal better.

It is basically a rule of TF2 to never use pure 100% black. The rule is because it is flat and comes off too strong. This war paint has an excessive amount of that pure black. Cool concept, though

I really like the idea behind this one, killer work. Hope you get something in the game, I thoroughly enjoy your warpaints.

i think the black is a bit too flat, like secretly serviced has subtle elements that make it look good
