I think the checker pattern works fine as is with how the stars and colors break it up, although I do agree the sticker could use a lot of work. The sticker really feels like more of a detraction to the warpaint rather than an addition on some weapons, it looks quite bad with how the fairly convoluted image ends up getting really squished on some weapons. I think making it just two big masks would be perfect, or just one if it still ends up looking a bit off, because right now the two masks combined with the stripe things end up looking off because they're placed onto a really simple texture.

its literally the achievement color scheme, its already team neutral.

the checker pattern could be bigger, same goes for the sticker.

interesting. okay. I'd say make it yellow on BLU though to keep color consistency.
