The code is actually borrowed from a shitpost item i did a year or two ago called the blockpain
It actually reminds me of my old mod for the Yogcast Jingle Jam Badges where I made them animated with a static very similar to here, where they switch between the Yogcast cast (oh) every once in while, and their heads move around a little bit too.
Of course I'm not saying it's a copy of, just a cool coincidence. My mod, since it's not meant to be added to the game, uses an animated .vtf, so of course it wouldn't be possible to add to the workshop. It's pretty cool that a similar effect can be achieved that is accepted by the item importer, which is the case here.
