For anyone experiencing the feature (it's too awesome to be a bug!), you can load

Steam\workshop\content\108600\3035990375\mods\DodgeCaravanStartScenario\media\lua\client\MSS_Vehicles_DodgeCaravan_Start.lua

and delete the last line

Events.OnPlayerAttackFinished.Add(DoCharacterInit);
