@Noel I tried doing my first all suivivors pack (agnex one) manually, but i found it was annoying that renaming vgui vtf files one by one. Since my major is programming, rather than model artist, i decide to write the Python scripts to simplify some progresses, such as creating qc files, renaming vgui vtf files, sorting mdl files to documents. The "qc template for generating" .7z pack is for the mods created by your own. The swappimg one is for the mods got from others.

damn i thought you did this all manually, like changing the $modelname, $cdmaterials, the v_models, vgui stuff etc. that python script is real useful
