Yea, the lack of an option to hide the vest gives the creators no other choices really.
But i do agree. the cosmetic really is quite dope looking.
I guess since Demoman's default vest is pretty big, so this had to be modelled over, and it's simply not possible to make it less "bulky" on the shoulder region, so it's understandable.
I think these types of coats IRL are also like this (if they do exist), so pardon me if it sounds nitpicky. If it was modelled after an IRL clothing, then I'd say it's on point.
Well, regardless of the outcome, I liked it anyway.
