Can't you just make normal Aperture scientist NPCs?

But I ment a replacement of the default soldier/elites. Ok, let me get this straight. Your Combine soldiers have Aperture Science logos on them aswell, as the eyes. I would like to have them on the default soldiers.

Speaking of Russia, I found out the reason I wasnt getting into matches quickly due to the fact that I had my region set to Russia, instead of Eastern US.
