They could also be used to set up maps or saves with these effects used as static props. (Kinda like the Crysis props would be used for screenshots, posing, mapping or saves) That would be cool :P

@Coyote Tango they are effects for scenebuilding for screenshots, when you are making screenshots with ragdolls you dont need collisions on objects.

Hi, I'll ask as I am unable to test the mod for myself at the moment, does your redux version add proper physics/hitboxes to smaller objects, or are they still physics-less effects? It's a bit tiring to manually add collisions to these props, so if your pack had them, I'd be eternally thankful.
At the same time, I can definitely see why these things didn't have them in the first place...
