So how do I go about making/getting toolkits? I can't seem to find them in any crafting station or such

@Silverlining, did you create the Tier II sewing table, Seamstress Yu's Loom/Sewing Table? I have items progression locked to not be available until you reached the 2nd/3rd Tier Sect.
