What capacity has the building (m2)?

Smartik1 I didn't pay attention to optimize it, I just built it the way I wanted, I was having fun with this game and the fact that I managed to create such a store is completely accidental, I didn't expect it to be the most subscribed project in the game, so it's not terribly refined

Thanks for that. Are you not building the store to capacity? Not sure what you sell on those racks, but M1 has 75 capacity with 8 clothes types. This set up sounds like it's for ~52 capacity, assuming you sell all clothes types. 2 baskets also cap at 60. Likewise, 14 jewelry showcases (7 per quality) gets 105 capacity, so it won't get fully used.

Is this just a high end store? Would be good to include how much of what you're selling next to the rack/shelf/showcase types.

Don't get me wrong, it looks super cool, just finance wise seems like it could be more profitable with fewer jewelry cases and more clothing racks. Not sure what the rounded shelves are for, to my knowledge nothing from them can be sold in a clothing store (unless they are used just as decor).
