Anybody have a hint for the first blueprint? I remember seeing it in past playthroughs, but now that I'm in one where I've gotten both of the others I cannot remember where I've seen it.

I greatly increase the chance of the spawning of the 3rd blueprint. It may be diluted by the original large cargo list of the cargo owner. Also, that guy now 100% have a blueprint with him so you may kindly make him sleep temporarily and get the blueprint.

I forgot to mention I also increased his vendor capacity waaay high and still nothing

I can't for the life of me get the 3rd one to spawn. I've tried importing, searched every single container in the building, I've even created a minimod in the fcs and merged the research and BPs for it just to make sure it's set to spawn in the vendorlist then imported and still nothing. Using the same method I even tried to make it spawn at other vendors but no luck... The only thing I didn't do is kill the guy and check his personal inventory

It should be added to his selling list, but sometimes it fails. It is a vanilla game bug that happens to every merchant. Try searching the cages around him...

Yeah the 3rd Blueprint doesnt seem to be where it should be. Unless I need to kill him to get it....
