Could be a load order issue or download problem. Try un- and then resubscribing. If that doesn't help post your modlist and maybe I can figure out a solution.

This mod seems to break some UI elements. Many of the Barbarian buildings like their versions of crop rotation and the stone wall are using placeholder graphics.

Luckily all changes here are rather simple text edits, no special skills required to do something similar yourself.
